Pascal, the French Pasty Chef who migrated to Canada in the 90's has since built himself a Hobbit Castle in the Canadian Rockies of British Columbia. There as well as in his secret chocolate lab, he creates incredible pastries and chocolates. If you show up in the summer with fish heads for his chickens, he might make you a trade for some homemade ice cream too :)
It was a bit tricky tracking him down, both literally, as he doesn't really want to be found. As well as physically, as I had to ride my motorcycle through the spring snow and slush to find him.
