In this episode, Kix rides his Honda 250 through the snowy Canadian Rockies from Nordegg Alberta to Ferguson British Columbia. Here he meets up with Pascal, the French Pasty Chef who migrated to Canada in the 90's has since built himself a Hobbit Castle in the Canadian Rockies of British Columbia. There as well as in his secret chocolate lab, he creates incredible pastries and chocolates.
